For policy-related requests, begin the subject line with “PRIVACY,” “COPYRIGHT,” “ACCESSIBILITY,” “SECURITY,” or “LEGAL.” The Request Access form remains available specifically for contributor applications.

Include enough information

Provide your name, the account email if different from the sending address, the page or submission reference involved, the nature of the request, and the outcome requested. Copyright notices should include the elements listed in the Copyright and Takedown Policy. Do not email sensitive identity documents, payment information, passwords, or full account credentials.

Important legal note

This dedicated project email provides a contact channel for the current invitation-only pilot, but it is not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed legal notice program. Before paid operation or public display of user-submitted images, FVA should confirm any required operator or business contact disclosures, register a DMCA agent if seeking safe-harbor protection, and have a qualified attorney review these policies for the operator’s location and intended markets.
